Dates & Cost...

Dates: August 3-24, 2010**

**August 3 will be the first day of training at New Life Bible Camp and will continue through Friday evening. You will have the option of going home for the Saturday. We are planning on flying out Sunday, August 8 (pending airline confirmation) and returning to the camp on the 24th.

The first four days will be spent at New Life Bible Camp for training. During this time, you'll be given training in Brazilian Culture, learn how to share your testimony, practice sharing the Gospel, plan and rehearse dramas, and overall preparation for ministry. You will have day in between training and departure to spend with your family..

Cost: $2,000 + $75 Deposit

In 2008, we had to raise the cost of the trip from $1600 to $2000 because of the spike in airline fares and fuel costs. With a new route from Atlanta to Fortaleza this past year, airline fares dropped to about the $1000 mark this year. I thought I would be able to reduce the cost back down. However, many of you may know the condition of our economy. This has had an effect on the international market and the U.S. Dollar has a low value in Brazil. Thus the cost of food, transportation and lodging has gone up. So we will be keeping the cost at $2000 to make sure that we have enough to cover all costs and not leave any burden on our missionaries. Please do not let cost be a hindrance in your decision to go. If you feel called to go, God will provide the resources for you. Upon deciding, you will need to submit your application (which can be found in the pocket on the right along with the reference forms.) and a $75 deposit. All extra money that you raise over $2000 will be used in support of the mission trip and the ministry of the Weber’s.

All costs are covered including airfare, food, lodging and transportation. Extra spending money will be needed for airport snacks and souvenirs in Brazil. About $150-200 is more than enough spending money to have.
