What To Do If You Are Interested

 The first thing I would recommend doing is going to God in prayer and asking Him if this is something He would have you do. But don't let fear of something new keep you from going. If you feel God's leading in going on this trip and if you are accepted to join the team, the Lord will provide the finances and work out all the details. Fill out the application (Download below) and submit it to the address listed. Please make sure that you download the Pastor Reference form and the Adult (Non-Relative) Reference Form. Give the forms out, along with a stamped envelope with New Life's address printed on it. Have them complete the info and mail it back to us directly. Mail in your completed application by January 15, 2008 along with a $75 deposit to secure your spot. If you need additional time, please let me know. If accepted to the team you will then receive additional information and forms needed to begin the planning process. If you prefer to have a packet of information mailed to you rather than using the links below, feel free to contact Chris at the camp and one will be mailed to you.

  • Application Form
    Please answer as many of the questions as you are able to unless it specifically does not apply to you, then put (N/A for Non-Applicable). All information will be held confidential and will be reviewed by the New Life Staff in the selection of Team Members and for trip preparation. Acceptance to the team will be based on the qualification outlined on this site.


  • Pastor Reference Form
    Please print out this form and give it to either your Pastor or Youth Pastor. Also give them an envelope with the "New Life" address and a stamp so that they can send it straight to the camp.


  • Adult (Non-Relative) Reference Form
    Please print out this form and give it to and adult that knows you well. Also give them an envelope with the "New Life" address and a stamp so that they can send it straight to the camp.
