           Important Camp Notes:
Day Camp Notice: Please note that Day Camp will begin on June 21 (Monday) and continues through June 25 (Friday). Check-in will be 9:00 a.m. on Monday, June 21st. Registration for all other weeks will be at 3:00 pm. on Sunday.

Grades 2-3 Notice: Please note that Grades 2-3 will begin on June 21 (Monday) and continues through June 26 (Saturday). Check-in will be 9:00 a.m. on Monday, June 21st. Registration for all other weeks will be at 3:00 pm. on Sunday.

Refund Policy: In the event of an illness or sickness, we will refund the full amount of payment (minus the $25 registration deposit) if the cancellation is made up to one day prior to arrival at camp. During camp, the refund will be prorated for the amount of days not present. Refunds are not given for homesickness.

Discounts: (Only one discount can be applied) If you register online and pay in full by May 1st, you will receive a $10 discount. Discounts will be applied once we receive your online registration in the camp office and sent to you in your confirmation receipt. If your child is the third child from the same family coming to camp, please mark the checkbox on the registration form "I Request a 3rd Child Discount". We will apply a 50% discount to that child and each additional child from your family that registers. The full-time Ministry Worker's discount is 25% of the total camp fee. Please mark the checkbox on the registration form "I Request a Ministry Worker's Discount". We will verify your Ministry employment and apply the discount to your child.

Weekend Fee: A $25 fee will be added for campers who need to stay on the weekends. The weekends are not a part of our summer camp program and are to be used for the convenience of the parents due to transportation and schedule conflicts and children who are different ages coming to weeks following each other. Please mark the checkbox on the registration form "I Request a Weekend Form".

Snack/Gift Deposit: Once you receive your confirmation receipt, you may include a deposit into your child's snack account along with your camp fee payment. Pre-payment of snack money enables you to check-in easier the first day of camp.

Scholarships: New Life is pleased to authorize scholarship assistance for campers who qualify because of financial need. Scholarships are available through the E.B. Donaldson, Jr. Memorial Fund. These Scholarships are limited. The administration of New Life Bible Camp seeks to distribute these funds with fairness and discernment. Requests are reviewed on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you need Scholarship assistance, please mark the checkbox on the registration form "I Request a Scholarship Form"" and we will send one to you in your confirmation packet.
