About the Weekend

Are you still looking for a summer job but would like to experience it before you apply? Bring your friends and discover an adventurous and exciting weekend through New Life's adventure program. During Discovery Weekend you will get to experience what working at New Life Bible Camp is like. We will camp out at the Adventure program's campsite and ride the sky swing, zipline, go outdoor rock climbing and rappelling, and play an exciting night game!

You will also be able to tour the rest of the camp's facilities, discuss summer camp ministry opportunities, and talk with other summer ministry veterans. This free weekend is also open to any former New Life Bible Camp summer staff to come recount your past camp experiences, hang out with friends, and check out what the camp currently looks like, in essence a homecoming weekend but be sure to bring a friend with you who may be interested in working at the camp this summer!

Discovery Weekend is totally free - all the food, camping, and fun! So we want you here, with your friends, to experience adventure and who knows - maybe you or someone you bring along will enjoy it so much they will want to experience it for themselves all summer!

Dates

• Begin: Friday, (Check-in will be at 6:00 PM with Dinner.)

• End: Saturday, following Dinner at 5:00 PM

Ages

This weekend is open to high school seniors through college age plus any former New Life Bible Camp summer staff.

Camping

This is a 24 hour, one night, outdoor weekend. Camping accommodations are first come first served. Accommodations available are outdoor shelters, hammocks, and tents. You are also welcome to bring your own camping setup.
