

Job Announcement
New Life Bible Camp is actively seeking a ministry minded and outdoor focused full-time staff member. This person would primarily oversee Camp Kainos and our Guest Retreats programs, but also help with print and digital marketing and promotion of camp off-site.
Full-time staff at New Life are missionary supported by churches and individulals. The camp pays for housing, utilities, and health insurance. Staff Housing will be available. Please direct any inquiries to Todd Donaldson at the email below or call 814-842-0109.
Job Prerequisites
Statement of Faith – To maintain integrity and consistency in ministry, each individual must sign their agreement with New Life Bible Camp’s Statement of Faith.
General Function—To promote the Good News of Jesus Christ to campers and guests by both word and deed through the performance of a technical job as well as the fulfillment of the general responsibilities listed below.
Qualifications—Individual must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be able to articulate at a basic level the meaning of that relationship. Each individual should live his life in an attempt to be consistent with the teachings of the Word of God.
Focus of Ministry— To consistently become more like Christ with a focus on evangelism via personal
relationships and outdoor experiences in the camp setting.
Job Description
Position: Associate Director of Ministry
Responsible To: Director
To understand that you are a missionary first and the duties of the technical job are secondary but vital to the fulfillment of your missionary responsibilities and the mission of the camp.
Be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with churches and individuals to raise financial support and build a strong prayer team.
Responsible for the guest retreat ministry including promotion, administration, and overseeing the hosting of the groups while on camp property.
Responsible for the New Life hosted retreats as scheduled by the Camp Director.
Responsible for the Camp Kainos summer camp program.

Preparing the teaching, counseling, and speaking aspects of summer camp.

Hiring, training, supervision and evaluation of Kainos counselors and junior counselors.

Responsible for the Kainos program schedule, utilizing camp activities, games, and events.
Marketing and promoting summer camps and retreats to families, churches, Christian schools, community events and in other venues. This would include print and digital marketing as well as in person visits and speaking engagements.
Assisting with weekly preparation of buildings and grounds for retreat and camp guest’s arrival.
