Raising Funds for Camp Zion

Nairobi, Kenya

     New Life Bible Camp was in the process of planning a mission trip to Kenya in December 2024.  But because of group size constraints and determining that the Kenyan camp leaders are well positioned to lead their camp program, we have decided to help financially.  James & Hanes Mugo are native Kenyans who serve as pastor and pastor’s wife in Nairobi, Kenya.  Hanes served at New Life Bible Camp in the summers of 2015-2017 and became close friends with the full-time staff.  She had a burden to start a camp program in her homeland of Kenya. 

     For the price of one mission trip participant, we can support Camp Zion financially, so that they can reach out to local churches and have more campers attend camp.  With this money, we would like to purchase a digital camera/video and a mini projector so that the Mugo’s can share the ministry of Camp Zion with other churches in Nairobi.  Still and video images will help to share the message that camp changes lives for God’s glory!  The mini projector will be used to share digital media with campers at camp and also other churches in that area.

     In addition to the camera and projector, money will be used by Camp Zion for supplies, food, game equipment and to supplement camper fees.  Would you join with us to support God’s work through Christian camping in Kenya?
