Guest Retreats

Available Dates

We have a number of "OPEN" weekends for your group. Check out our Calendar (by going to the menu above) and take a look at the coming year. Weekends that do not have a group will be labeled as OPEN. We also have plenty of weekdays available for special meetings, training times and retreats for Christian Schools. To be sure, you are always welcome to contact us at the camp office by phone or text at 678-842-3325 to verify that a certain day(s) or weekend is open.

About Us

Located on 144 acres in Southwestern Pennsylvania, New Life operates a retreat season during the Fall, Winter, and Spring, serving churches and youth groups from August through May. New Life's full time staff is available to help you formulate a program that will best meet the needs of your group of 20 to 80 people. Whether preparing meals, speaking, leading music, or leading activities, we can tailor our program to fulfill a variety of retreat goals. We invite you to look at our available dates and to contact us if you have any further questions.

Registration & Costs

After an available weekend is secured that fits your adult or youth program, submit application, along with a non-refundable registration fee of $150.00 (deduct $100 from this fee if New Life will be providing meals for your group) and a guarantee deposit of $250.00. New Life suggests a gift of $45.00 per person for the weekend. At the end of the retreat, you will have one month to decide if you wish to re-schedule for the next year. You will have the first choice to reserve the same weekend you had for the next year, but we cannot hold past one month without a new application and the registration fee. For a mid-week retreat, we require a non-refundable registration fee of $50.00, a guarantee deposit of $100.00, and a suggested gift of $22.50 per person for the 1st night and $12.50 per person for each additional night. Discounts are available for young children that come with families.

Planning Your Retreat

Many of the groups that come to New Life through out the year plan their own program. But often the staff of New Life are asked to help prepare and to implement the program on the behalf of the retreat group. New Life staff members are ready to plan an exciting program and share sound, fundamental Biblical truth with your group. We encourage you to utilize our full time workers in for Bible teaching, worship leading, activities and even helping with meal preparation. Think of New Life as your Retreat Buffet, use us as you would like. Each retreat does have the freedom to plan their own program, but we do ask that your speaker agree with New Life Bible Camp's Statement of Faith.
