Small Group Retreat

Speaker
Scott Beachy will be our speaker this year. Scott attends Mountain City Church in Frostburg, Maryland. He grew up in a conservative Mennonite Church but now enjoys serving and teaching at Mountain City Church. Scott calls Cumberland, Maryland home and to put food on his table he is a contractor by trade. He and his wife have three young boys.
About
New Life Bible Camp invites small church youth groups (junior or senior high) to join us for a special two-night retreat. New Life provides the teaching, meals, activities, and lodging—all you need to do is bring your teens! Your youth group will connect with other teens, creating a fun and encouraging atmosphere filled with fellowship. Throughout the weekend, there will also be breakout discussion times so each church group can spend time together. We ask that each church provide one chaperone per gender who has completed a state criminal history screening. Dates
Begin: Friday, with check-in at 7:00 PM. No dinner will be served, but a light snack will be provided Friday night.
End: Sunday, 1:00 PM following Lunch
Cost
Register for the retreat 1 week prior to the start date and the price is $70.00. The price for the retreat increases to $75.00 on registrations that come in after the "1 week prior" deadline. Scholarships are also available for this retreat upon request.
What to Bring
You will need your toiletries, Bible, notebook, pen, pillow, towel, and sleeping bag or blanket/sheets. Also bring clothes and shoes for your choice of free-time activities.
Free Time Options
Camp activities like the Zipwire, Climbing Wall and Horseback riding.
Dodgeball! On Saturday, we will join with another church in participating in a tournament.
Gameroom fun and gym games like basketball, soccer and volleyball.
